How do I stick the Traxx material to my swimstep?
The Traxx can be stuck to your swimstep in couple of different ways, depending on what the surface is like. It can be ordered it with Pressure Sensitive Adhesive already on it so you just peel & stick it in place. Sticks to smooth fiberglass, aluminum, & other materials. Or you can use a product like Marine Goop or 3M Super 90 adhesive, either of which are available at Home Depot for just a few dollars. The Marine Goop works great on wood swimsteps or you can put down a thin layer of fiberglass (called FRP at Home Depot & is used for bathroom & shower  interiors) on the wood for the Traxx to adhere to. Installation times vary from only 30 minutes to 2 hours for the Traxx & FRP install.
Contact us anytime for new & innovative ways to use & apply Traxx padding!.
