Back in 1996, we visited Mike Mack's Arizona Shores on the Parker Strip,
where the hydrofoil craze all began. They had a 5' tall foil called the
"StayFree MaxiFoil". Needless to say, we had to ride it. Jake even
managed to jump it, despite Murphy saying it couldn't be done!
            
 

Then in August '97, a British ski/wakeboard magazine called "Edge"
did a piece on some guys in Windermere, England who had an 8' tall
foil on their old purple Air Chair!
